LIGHTHOUSE CREMATORY TAKES CREMATION VERY SERIOUSLY!
With no exception we have a Rock Solid Code of Ethics. Our Code of Ethics is based on "Treat Every loved-one, as if they were, Our loved-one."
Every Loved-One is handled with Care and Respect.
1) From the moment your Funeral Director arrives, they enter our Enclosed, Secure, and Climate Controlled Receiving Area, which is then closed to ensure that no one can see any transfer of your Loved-One.
2) Your Loved one are gently place on our state of the art lift table. (No manual lifting is required through the entire process.)
3) Your Loved one is moved to our Cremation area where doors are closed so that there is no chance that any outside person may see the body during the ID process.
4) Your Loved one is logged into our Multi-Point Identification System.
5) Then are placed into our holding cooler.
6) Then are gently transferred for the beginning of cremation process.
7) Once complete, the cremains are then transferred to our completely self-contain readying station where the cremains are transferred directly in the urn or temporary container.
8) The cremains are then held in a secure location until the Funeral Home returns for pick up.
At no time does the identification paperwork cross paths with any other ID paper work of another Loved-one.
